TOYOTA MADE A MODERN VERSION OF MARTY MCFLY’S DREAM TRUCK

Rounding out its celebration of Back to the Future Day, Toyota created not one, but three modern interpretations of Marty McFly’s dream truck from Back to the Future Part II and simultaneously debuted them in New York, Los Angeles and Dallas. I think you’ll agree; the result is pure nostalgic magic.

Expertly blending 1980s magic with a modern truck, this 2016 Toyota Tacoma sports some subtle but distinctive upgrades.

Perfectly setting the retro tone, Toyota slathered the truck in the appropriate 1985 paint color code. Then it lifted it on a custom off-road suspension to mimic the ride height. Toyota also bolted up some Toyota Racing Development (TRD) Wheels wrapped in appropriate BFGoodrich tires.

The custom tailgate makes the look.

Morgan Create Their Most Stunning Luxury Sports Car

Morgan have revealed a one off sports car which is their most stunning luxury sports car to date. Called the SP1 this awesome machine was created to show off the British car makers craftsmanship.

The SP1, which stands for Special project 1, shares a few design elements from the 2009 LifeCar Concept and is powered by the same 3.7 liter V6 Ford engine that is used in the Morgan V6 Roadster. It produces 280bhp and can accelerate from 0 – 60 mph in just 4.9 seconds. Despite being quick off the mark it’s too speed is only around 140 mph.

The Morgan SP1 features a wooden frame body constructed from Ash Wood and African Bubinga Red Hardwood. The interior features natural aniline leather and wooden seats. It also has an infotainment system that is controlled via an iPad.

One cool feature about this luxury sports car is the starting sequence, it is like starting a plane. Once the car has been electronically armed, a sequence of roof mounted toggle switches are flicked to ‘prepare for flight’ before a final toggle switch starts the engine. A few other car manufacturers should take some hints from this!!
