Dwayne Johnson “The Rock” Tattoos

The Rock has two tattoos. One is a modern single design on his right upper arm of a bull. However, his second tattoo was a departure from modern tattoo design, being a traditional Samoan style of tattoo all over his left shoulder. The bull head tattoo on Johnson’s right arm corresponds to his Western zodiac birth sign of Taurus, the Bull.  What Does Dwayne’s Polynesian Tattoo Mean? In early 2003, Dwayne traveled to Hawaii to have his family history tattooed on him—a Samoan tradition. Here he reveals the meanings of his tattoo.
 A) These are coconut leaves, or niu, which denote a Samoan chief-warrior.
    B) This is the sun which brings good fortune.
    C) This isa/ga fa’atasi (three people in one), That’s me with my arms open. As it continues on my chest, it connects to my o lo’u to’a/ua (my wife, Dany) and my o lo’u afafine (my daughter, Simone Alexandra).
    D) These descending swirls represent past, present and future, with the future becoming ever bigger. The pattern continues under my arm, where its meaning is written: “It changes in the place where it is found to be gone.”
    E) These two eyes, called o mata e lua, represent my ancestors watching over my path.
    F) This is the Great Eye, It’s an intimidating symbol that allows its user to possess the spirit of his enemy. The eye is used to distract the enemy in a confrontation.
    G) This broken face, marked by shark teeth—a symbol of strength—is my spirit protector and a symbol of my struggle.
    H) This is the priest and spiritual guide, who raises a warrior to enlightenment and supernatural power under the eyes of the warrior’s ancestors.
    I) These are stones of achievement and abundance. They’re the foundation of my life and symbols of my dedication. They bring the right to stand and speak with honor as a Tula Fale—a high talking chief—and they maintain mana, or supernatural power.
    J) This is a tortoise shell, to deflect evil spirits. Warriors used shells as shields.

The Biggest Fish Ever : Giant Oarfish found in Southern California

A MARINE science instructor snorkelling off California couldn't believe her eyes when she saw the silvery ca*rass of a 5-metre-long, serpent-like oarfish.

Dodge Power Wagon

There's a soft spot in our hearts for well-done resuscitation of vintage off-road iron. Perhaps the most notable company performing such restomod work is Icon 4x4, but the Californian outfit isn't the only company turning its attention to the down-and-dirty side of the vintage scene.

Legacy Classic Trucks in Jackson Hole, Wyoming, is using the 2012 SEMA Show to display the Legacy Power Wagon. As its name implies, the truck started life many, many years ago as a Dodge Power Wagon (built between 1945 and 1980 – not to be confused with the current version), itself based on an older military design. In stock form, the Power Wagon was much loved for its stalwart ability to carry people and products over just about any terrain.

In the form you see above, the massively capable Power Wagon looks beefy enough to pull a freight train uphill through a snow storm... or something like that. As seen above, the Legacy Power Wagon would set back its buyer some $180,000. In base configuration, the truck runs $114,950. That's a huge sum, no doubt, but we're sure a few well-heeled buyers won't mind.

If nothing else, the Legacy Power Wagon Conversion is equipped with top-shelf componentry. The buyer can choose from either a 426-cubic-inch V8 with 425 horsepower from the Mopar parts book or a 3.9-liter Cummins turbo diesel four cylinder mill pounding out 480 pound-feet of torque. A range of transmission options are available, up to the stout Allison unit of the show truck.

All the specifications and options can be seen here, and we invite you to gaze at our high-res image gallery above.

~A useful tip for car owners !!!

How to Immediately Get Back Your Stolen Car !

It is a fantastic idea for those who can't afford car insurance or Tracker System. I'm forwarding this to all my friends.

How to Get Back Your Stolen Car?
It takes only 2 minutes for a car thief to runaway with your car. No matter you have a trekker and auto-alarming devices fitted in your car.

The best safety for your car is a live and active Mobile Phone hidden in a safe place in your car:

1. Buy any low price mobile phone with longer standby time.

2. Install a mobile connection which has best network in the country.

3. Turn this mobile on complete SILENT mode (double check it should not vibrate while you turn it on SILENT mode).

4. Wrap it up slightly in a plastic sheet so that it should not get dirty and dusty during its hidden use.

5. Make sure it is perfectly responding by calling its number from another mobile phone.

6. Hide this mobile in a safe place in your car. And that’s it…!!!

If your car is stolen, immediately inform your local Police Help Line 100. Give them phone number of the mobile hidden in your car. Police can easily track the location by calling that number. Chances are that you may get back your car within the shortest possible time.

And finally do not forget to charge this mobile at least twice a week and hide it back in your car in active position.

Please share this message with all your friends.

Good luck. If you get back your car this way, do remember me.

A Snake With A Single Clawed Foot Has Been Discovered In China

While teenage mutant ninja turtles may be entertaining to imagine, real life mutant reptiles are less amusing to some. No? What about real life snakes with half developed limbs? Someone who can attest to this first hand is Dean Qiongxiu, of Southwest China, who discovered a snake with a claw extremity crawling along the wall of her home. The sight was so unexpectedly disturbing that upon seeing the snake she immediately began to pummel it with her shoe, thus destroying any hopes it may have had of a crime fighting career. The antagonist was discovered as being 16 inches long and the width of a little finger.

This 80 Year Old Man Has Not Taken A Bath In 60 Years. Just Wait Til You See Him… Whoa

This 80 year-old man looks like a troll or maybe a creature from The Lord of the Rings. His skin is scaly, you can barely see his eyes and he smells to high heaven. The reason for this is simple, he doesn’t have a skin disease or terrible condition: he has just refused to take a bath for sixty years.  It’s hard to believe this is a real human being.

OMG: A python has eaten a sheep

If anacondas are the heaviest snakes, what are the longest? Reticulated pythons from Southeast Asia take that trophy, uncontested. The longest recorded “retic” is about 33 feet—yes, that’s five or six people laid end to end. Burmese pythons and African rock pythons can exceed lengths of 20 feet and are also quite formidable predators. These python species along with a few others star in the smorgasbord of online images of snakes eating large prey items.

Can you See it? There are Bodies Within these Paintings!

Artist Craig Tracy transforms bodies into animals, inanimate objects, and statues using body paint. The image above isn't merely an amazing painting of a tiger, it's a painting of a tiger that's been painted on three bodies, not just one. Each eye is painted on the backs of two people separately, and the woman in the middle has her arms draped over them.

1969 Mustang SportsRoof – “Family Affair”!

Working on a car or something else with your son or daughter is a powerful way of boosting your relationship, since you spend your time bonding. During the working process you can learn few life lessons like determination when working on something and hard work.
That was the case with George Riese and Dennis, his son who were working together on this project you can see right here. Back in 2001, George heard of a ’69 Mustang that was on sale and since it was nearby in the neighborhood he and his son went to take a close look at the vehicle. The car was in terrible condition but either way they decided to buy it knowing that it would take a lot of work to make it ready to hit the road. And just like that Dennis got his first chance to work on a car. Dennis, unlike his father didn’t have that much time to devote on the car’s restoration cause he was caught up between work, school and the restoration. So, the most of the work was left to George. As he was progressing, he replaced the wrecked 302ci for a 351ci Cleveland and fitted another C4 tranny as well.

The car was finished two weeks before the wedding date. Francesca was of help too. She searched the net looking for suitable parts for the car in order their wedding photos to be top notch. Dennis was proud of the work he did. He is sorry that his loving father didn’t witnessed this, but he is sure that wherever his father is, he is looking after him and smiling.
