1970 Chevy Chevelle HOT LS-6
FINISHED IN TUXEDO BLACK WITH SS "GHOST" STRIPES, THIS '70 CHEVELLE FEATURES THE BEST IN PAINT AND BODY.
The features are extensive on this amazing Chevelle. The engine is further highlighted with tall chromed valve covers and a March Serpentine Belt Drive system. A high output mini-starter spins this big block engine with ease. Energy engine mounts have been utilized.
The cowl induction system and "flapper" door are fully functional.
Exhaust gases are expelled in a hurry through these ceramic coated large diameter headers to a new Stainless Steel Tru-X polished exhaust system. It sounds excellent.
A special Turbo 400 transmission has been professionally built to handle the increased power output of this LS-6 spec 454. A Boss Hog Converter with a 2400 stall has been installed along with a shift kit. A B&M flexplate SFI spec and B&M High Capacity Transmission Fluid Pan has been fitted on it. This car shifts excellent. All of this power is transmitted to the ground through a custom polished aluminum driveshaft to a Moser Engineering HSG powder coated differential. Richmond 3.73 gears and an Eaton Posi-Trac unit are fitted in this rear end. Also, a heavy duty LS-6 yoke and heavy duty U-Joints have been utilized.
